What You Need

Ingredients:
2 cups (240g) roasted hazelnuts
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
4 tbsp. maple syrup
¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. coconut oil
½ cup (120ml) hazelnut milk (or almond milk)

Directions

Place the roasted hazelnuts in a high-speed blender and blend until finely ground.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth, scraping down the edges as needed.
Add extra milk, a little at a time, until you reach a creamy, spreadable consistency.
Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Serving Tip: Spread it on toast, mix it into oatmeal, or use it as a dip for fresh fruit!
